Your Ritual

For a body bath, dissolve 100g of the bath soak into warm water (37°c), deep enough to cover your body. For a foot soak, dissolve 50g into 5 liters of warm water (37°c), enough to cover the feet up to the ankles. Duration: 20 minutes. Pat dry, do not shower or rinse.
