HOT ! 1920\'s Powder & Mirror Compact Wristlet Purse Art Deco Dance Purse

This is a very unique and rare vintage 1920\'s silvertone powder and mirror dance compact purse with a wristlet chain.

It\'s quite unusual, as we have never seen another one like it, and have found no hallmarks on the piece.

The lid has what appears to be a black enamel finish, but has an translucent quality when the light hits it that makes it appear almost like red glass, but we are unsure as to what the actual material is. It isn\'t celluloid, as it\'s a much harder surface, it could be clear colored enamel. There is also a pretty raised silver medallion in the center.

It measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter, and is in very good vintage condition, with some minor scuffing and a barely noticeable, very faint indentation on the lid.

The mirror is in good useable condition, and the hinge and closure work properly.

It comes complete with the original powder puff that is in great condition.
