Sourced from the renowned matcha-growing region of Nishio, Japan, our Ceremonial Matcha is crafted to the highest standards in the industry. This premium matcha is recognized by respected tea masters for its purity, vibrant color, and exceptional flavor.
The Art of CultivationBefore harvest, Camellia sinensis green tea plants are carefully shaded. This technique enhances the chlorophyll content, which deepens the green hue and naturally brings out the tea’s inherent sweetness. Once harvested, the leaves are steamed, dried, and stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder.
Matcha Yield (Using 1/2 tsp per serving):
30 grams yields approximately 15–20 servings
60 grams yields approximately 30–40 servings
Color: A rich, vibrant jade green indicates high-quality matcha.
Flavor: Balanced, smooth, and naturally sweet with mild astringency.
Aroma: Lightly sweet with earthy, grassy undertones.

Savor its velvety smoothness in your daily rituals—ideal for moments of mindfulness, relaxation, or traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.
For a more authentic experience, use traditional matcha tools:
Chasen (bamboo matcha whisk)
Chasaku (matcha bamboo scoop)

Use ceremonial matcha when you want to enjoy matcha as a traditional tea or standalone beverage. Use unsweetened matcha for blending into smoothies and lattes. The third grade, culinary, is used for baking and cooking.
Sift ½ tsp of matcha into a bowl using a matcha bamboo scoop and fine matcha sifter.
Add 2 oz of hot water (just below boiling—around 175°F).
Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion with a chasen until a frothy layer forms.
Serve straight from the bowl or pour into your favorite cup.
Enjoy the harmony of flavor, aroma, and tradition in every sip.
