Transparent, shimmering, legs that move and ever changing in the light. This glass ornament is quite similar to the real thing, without the sting!
Otter hand blows each of these individually so no two are ever alike. The body of some of the Jellyfish takes on a yellow tone in bright sunlight, with subtle iridescent blues in shadows. On most he uses lampworking technique to add coloured glass detailing. The tentacles have been individually formed and are removable, each hung separately on a lip inside the Jellyfish. That makes it easy to dust!
The small Jellyfish vary in size, but the body is approximately 1 3/4\" diameter.
We suggest hanging this piece in a window with clear filament (fish line - be sure to use line with UV inhibiters).
