This low pile Vintage rug is from the Oushak region of Turkey. Circa 1970. It is handmade using a cotton foundation and wool weave.
It’s is a very unusual color palette of red, periwinkle blue, olive green and pale gray with outlines in muted black.
It’s so pretty!
Actual size is 4’6” x 7’7”
It has been professionally washed, blocked, starched and restored.
