This one-of-a-kind rug is handwoven from 100% sheep’s wool. Traditionally, these rugs feature one to three rhombic geometric patterns in the field. However, the weavers often improvise, deviating from their family’s inherited designs to include occasional unique figures — most often birds, animals, or trees — reflecting the natural surroundings of nomadic camp life. The field in this rug is a dark magenta red with lots of undertone of pink. Each rug in our collection is authentic and personally handpicked by Nedim himself.
