Comfort level: on our 0 to 10 Comfort Scale, with 0 being the softest and 10 the firmest, the Essential 10\" mattress is rated a 7.0 MEDIUM FIRM.  The cozy and breathable stretch-knit cotton cover and top layer of natural latex reduce pressure points and provide a bit of surface conformance, while the pocketed coil innerspring provides the perfect adaptive and conforming support for proper ergonomic alignment. 

Compatible with platform beds or adjustable bases.

This mattress arrives compressed and packaged in a small box. Unpacking and setup is super easy and quick, and you can sleep on it immediately! (Free Shipping for all orders w/in the Continental US, while charges apply for orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska)

Store Pickup - Need it immediately? We typically have this mattress in stock, so you can stop by our store, take it home and sleep on it tonight. The small box can easily fit in the trunk of your car, or even in the backseat!

• A stretch-knit cover made with organic cotton.


• A quilt layer of organic wool provides an all-natural flammability barrier; contains no fiberglass or toxic flame retardants.


• 1\" of certified organic dunlop latex.


• An 8\" pocketed coil support system.  Each spring is individually wrapped and provides excellent adaptive support while limiting motion transfer.  Coil count ranges from 512 coils in a Twin size, up to 1,089 coils in a King size.
