How to use:

   Apply the toner: Shake the toner well to mix the contents. Apply I\'m from Rice Toner on a cotton pad and gently swipe over the face.

   Choose the number of layers: You can choose to apply a single layer of toner or use the Korean skincare method of layering, which involves applying from three to seven layers of Toner. Allow each thin layer to be absorbed by the skin before applying the next layer.
