It can be used as a dressing on pasta and rice dishes, as well as in the preparation of vinaigrettes, sauces, and dips.

Juniper Berry Infused EVOO can be used on a variety of dishes. Our favorite is adding it to stews and with wild game, like venison. It is wonderful on potato salad and on soups, especially those made with beans and/or lentils.

Cinnamon Infused EVOO is ideally suited to flavor meat or vegetable stews, baked potatoes, eggplant and pasta dishes. It is perfect for making spicy marinades and adds pizzazz to many Asian dishes. It is spectacular in cookies and cakes.
